Committee Coordinators
The Committee Coordinators of the Band Parent Association play a vital role in supporting the success of the band program through organization, communication, and volunteer leadership. Working alongside the Board of Directors, band staff, students, and parent volunteers, coordinators oversee specific areas of the organization to help ensure events, performances, fundraising activities, travel, hospitality, uniforms, concessions, and other operational needs run smoothly throughout the year.
Committee Coordinators serve as leaders within their assigned committees by organizing volunteers, communicating schedules and expectations, assisting with event planning, and helping carry out the goals of the Band Parent Association. Their dedication and teamwork provide essential support to the students, directors, and the overall success of the band program.
These positions are primarily volunteer-based and are filled by parents and supporters who are committed to creating a positive, organized, and successful experience for all members of the band program. Through their time, leadership, and service, Committee Coordinators help strengthen the partnership between families, students, and the band community.
