Anyone is welcome to make a donation to the West Johnston Bands & Ensembles. These donations are tax-deductible and you will receive the appropriate paperwork to file on your taxes.

You may also make a payment via cash or check, following the instructions below:

• Payment via Check: Make checks payable to "WJHS BPA." In the memo section, please make a notation if the donation is for general purposes or if donating for a specific reason.

• Submitting Checks and Cash

  • ​​​Place the check or cash into an envelope labeled with the student's name and what the payment is for. The envelope should go in the "Black Box" in the WJHS Band Room, near the front white board and color guard room.  If not during official school year and hours, please confirm with the Band Directors that the band room will be open.

While we always encourage and welcome our Alumni to return to West to perform in the stands with the Marching Band during our annual Homecoming football game, we also understand that schedules and commitments may not always allow for participation. In lieu of joining us on the field, we invite you to consider making a donation to the program’s Scholarship Fund. Your support helps provide opportunities for current and future students who may not otherwise have the chance to experience and create the same lifelong memories that our Alumni cherish today.
